About the tournament:

I am excited to share details regarding the Carp Team Invitational 2026: The Lucky 7, hosted by Carpy Commando and Orient rods USA.

As the only true team-vs-team carp tournament in the United States, this event brings a professional squad format to the Connecticut River. Utilizing a "Lucky 7" format, only the seven largest carp from each pair contribute to the team’s total. Participants will compete in six-angler squads across three sections, emphasizing both strategy and camaraderie.
